A number of UFL players have received interest from NFL teams, with some already finalizing contracts. Let’s take a closer look at some of the notable UFL players who have reportedly inked deals with NFL clubs.
Atlanta Falcons: DT Prince Emili
Former San Antonio Brahmas defensive tackle Prince Emili has signed with the Atlanta Falcons. Emili, 25, is looking to make his mark with the Falcons after a solid performance in the UFL last season, where he tallied 21 tackles and three sacks. Prior to his time in the UFL, Emili had brief stints with the Bills and Saints.
Denver Broncos: DT Dondrea Tillman
The Denver Broncos have secured a three-year deal with Birmingham Stallions defensive tackle Dondrea Tillman. The contract is valued at $2.84 million, with a $10,000 signing bonus. Tillman wrapped up the UFL season with 3.5 sacks and 27 total tackles.
Seattle Seahawks: RB Ricky Person Jr.
After garnering interest from multiple teams, Ricky Person Jr. has decided to sign with the Seattle Seahawks. The former NC State standout led the UFL in rushing touchdowns this past season, finding the end zone six times while accumulating 295 rushing yards. Despite not having appeared in an NFL game yet, Person did spend time with the Baltimore Ravens.
New York Giants: RB Jacob Saylors
The Giants have added former St. Louis Battlehawks running back Jacob Saylors to their roster. Saylors, an All-UFL star, showcased his talent by ranking second in rushing yards and tied for second in rushing touchdowns in the UFL. Additionally, he contributed in the passing game, hauling in 23 receptions for 151 yards and three touchdowns.
Detroit Lions: K Jake Bates
The Lions have landed kicker Jake Bates, considered one of the top players in the UFL. Bates, who previously kicked for the Michigan Panthers, connected on 21 of 28 field goals last season, including impressive long-range kicks. Despite going undrafted in 2023, Bates had a notable season in the UFL.
Dallas Cowboys: LB Willie Harvey Jr.
The Cowboys have signed linebacker Willie Harvey Jr., an All-UFL player who led the league in tackles. Harvey’s impressive stats included leading all linebackers in tackles for loss, passes defended, and forced fumbles. Despite going undrafted in 2019, Harvey had a brief stint with the Cleveland Browns.

Minnesota Vikings: DT Jalen Redmond
Defensive tackle Jalen Redmond, formerly of the Arlington Renegades, has announced his signing with the Minnesota Vikings. Redmond showcased his skills in a limited number of games, tallying 18 tackles, five tackles for loss, and 4.5 sacks. After going undrafted from Oklahoma, Redmond is looking to make a name for himself in the NFL.
New England Patriots: OL Liam Fornadel
Offensive lineman Liam Fornadel, who previously played for the D.C. Defenders, is joining the New England Patriots. Fornadel, a versatile lineman who played both guard and tackle at James Madison, is eager to contribute to the Patriots’ offensive line.
Atlanta Falcons: OL Jaryd Jones-Smith
Jaryd Jones-Smith, an All-UFL selection from the St. Louis Battlehawks, has earned another opportunity in the NFL with the Atlanta Falcons.
