The Los Angeles Clippers totally crushed the Denver Nuggets at Intuit Dome. Kawhi Leonard scored 21 points and grabbed 11 rebounds. The Clippers won by a whopping 117-83, taking a 2-1 lead in the playoff series. Not really sure why this matters, but James Harden and Norman Powell each added 20 points in this game. The Clippers’ superfans in The Wall section wore horse hats, poking fun at Jokic’s love for the animal. The Clippers’ owner, Steve Ballmer, was all hyped up, clapping and fist-pumping near the team’s bench. Jokic led the Nuggets with 23 points, 13 rebounds, and 13 assists. Jamal Murray also contributed 23 points. The Clippers dominated, hitting 18 3-pointers compared to Denver’s seven. Russell Westbrook struggled, missing 4 of 5 from long range. He left the game due to left foot inflammation. Michael Porter Jr. was limited to seven points and six rebounds due to a sprained left shoulder. Former Clipper Chris Paul was in the stands, and DeAndre Jordan played for the Nuggets. The game ended with a blowout victory for the Clippers.
