– Costa Rica will advance with a win and a Brazil loss, and must make up a deficit of at least six in goal difference.
– Paraguay has been eliminated.

– Goal difference in all group matches
– Most goals scored in all group matches
– Head-to-Head points between the tied teams
– Head-to-Head goal difference between the tied teams
– Most goals scored between the tied teams
– Fewest red cards
– Fewest yellow cards
– Drawing of lots
